Your username is the email address used to create your Purple Briefcase account. For employers, this is typically your work email address or a main company email address, such as email@example.com.
If you have forgotten the email address that was used to create your employer account, you can reach out to the Purple Briefcase support team at firstname.lastname@example.org. You can also call support at 585-678-9395 and choose option 2 to speak to a team member.
When contacting the support team, remember to include your first and last name; the name of your company; and if you are connected to a school, providing that information can be helpful as well.
