After your mentor request is approved and published by the school’s career services center, students will be able to view published opportunities in the platform in the Choose a Mentor section.
Please note: This section is only available to students. You will not see a listing in the mentorship section of the platform when you are logged in as an employer. Additionally, these opportunities are not included in the published job postings section of the platform.
Students are able to submit their requests to participate in your specific Mentor Program by sending you a message through the platform. You will receive an email that includes the student’s name, email address associated with their Purple Briefcase account, and the message the student submitted.
It is up to you as the mentor to review those messages and then contact the student regarding the mentorship opportunity.
