When registering more than one attendee for an event, you can add more than one registration to the event’s registration “cart.”
Click the “my events” link in the navigational menu on the left-hand side of the platform. This will open the My Events section of the website. Scroll to the event you want to attend. Click the “register now” button.
Review event details in the Event Questionnaire section and answer any required questions. Click the link to “save.”
You will receive a message that you are being redirected to the event registration page.
Make sure that you have the screen fully open so that you can easily see the registration cart (free events also have a registration cart).
Choose the registration level you prefer (there might be many levels, there might only be one). As you click the button to “Add 1 to cart,” you will see that the number of “Items in cart” increases. Each click adds one registration. This number is located under the View Cart bar.
If you accidentally add too many registrations to your cart (as shown by the number of “Items in cart”), simply click the “Remove 1 from cart” button. Each click removes one registration.
When you have the correct number of “items” (registrations) in your cart, scroll down and click the “Go to cart / check-out” button.
This will open your cart and you can fully review your number of registrations before committing to them. If the number is incorrect, you can still easily adjust it by again scrolling to the “Add 1 to cart” or “Remove 1 from cart” buttons and using them to ensure that the correct number of registrations is in your cart prior to checking out.
Next, choose your method of payment (invoice, credit card) if required, complete the applicable form that opens under the cart, and then click to complete the registration (and payment if applicable).
Once the registration is completely submitted, you will receive a confirmation message on the screen as well as an email confirming your registration.
