Students checking into an event at a Kiosk can search by criteria such as a student ID (recommended), an email, or name.
However, if you do not submit information that matches your account, or if you do not submit enough information, you will receive an error stating:
“We can't find you. Please fill out more information in the check-in form.”
You will need to put in more information and try again. If the information is accurate, the error message will disappear and the screen will automatically refresh for the next student to check in!
