To invite students to an On Campus Interview, choose the link for “campus interview” on the left-hand side of your profile. Then, click the tab for Selection Process. Here you can find a list of your On Campus Interviews.
In the “view” column you will see a link listing the number of applications. Clicking that link will reveal a list of applicants.
You will see a drop-down list in the status column. Clicking the drop-down arrow allows you to select a status, such as invite. You can do this for multiple interview applicants.
After making your selection, remember to click the button for “send acceptance email(s) and update” at the bottom left of your screen. This will send the applicants you chose an invitation to interview.
