When you've entered a new job posting, the status will be set to "submitted."
Schools that you are connected to and posting jobs to are in charge of approving and publishing the jobs that you've entered into the system. They will review your posting, and then choose whether or not to publish it live to their students.
Once your job has been submitted, your work is done! The rest is up to the administrators at the school where you submitted the job to for publishing.
Each school's workflow can vary, so if your position is still sitting in submitted status after a few days... feel free to reach out to the school's career services center directly to inquire on the post's review status.
